Q. Are items on hand?
A.Yes! All items that we have are in stock & on hand. We do not sell items that we do not have in our possession.
Q. How do I purchase?
A. All purchases MUST be made via the WEBSITE. We do not accept Cash or Cashapp. We are an E-Commerce Boutique. We do not have a Brick & Mortar therefore, no you can not try your items on or see them before purchase. Also, to see inventory, sizing, new releases & more please refer to the website!!!
Q. When will I receive my items?
A. Items are processed, shipped /available for pickup in 2-10 Business Days from purchase unless otherwise is stated. You will receive an email when your item is shipped/ready for pickup. If you do not see any emails from us, check your spam/junk email folder.
Q. When & where is pickup?
A. Pickup is Monday-Friday ONLY & is subject to change. Pickup is available in the Chester, Pa. area. You will receive the exact location when you schedule your pickup.
***If you are not planning to pickup your items within 5 Days of notification that it’s ready, we highly recommend having your item shipped.
Q. What is the return policy?
A. Due to Covid-19 & sanitary reasons (for swimwear) all Sales are FINAL! We do not exchange items for size or give refunds.
